- Subsequently the new business flourishes.
- Eventually a lefty is hired.
- Lefty eventually rises in power to the point Lefty is able to influence hires.

The only way to break the cycle is for conservatives to wake up and do not make diversity hires. Always hire based on merit and fire social justice loons as soon as possible
There are 3 context in which we must have government (ie an individual or small group of people could not achieve these without the consent (and money) of all people):

- Law creation and enforcement
