When he commissioned the Apostles in Acts 1:8, he said "You will be my witnesses... In Jerusalem, and in Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." To be a witness to the ends of the earth, you have to first be a witness LOCALLY. Which means if you are American, you must witness in AMERICA FIRST. All throughout the Bible, it mentions dealing with your own self and your own house first.
