IMHO the very fact of obstructing inspections which could easily resolve these claims, is sufficient reason to toss the election results in those 4 states.

The rest of your scenario is plausible, I also think intrastate secession by rural counties is very likely, especially in places like Virginia and Illinois where the country people want nothing to do with the blue cities.

I can understand judges having ideological leanings but when a judge refuses to even look at evidence but simply decides the case instantly based on political factors, it's absolutely unacceptable. Best solution is to throw out all results affected by fraud, then hold a new election where all ballot boxes and counting are under direct military control with NO machines, paper ballots only, voter ID, every ballot checked by R and D observers CLOSELY with soldier standing right there to make sure NO ONE FUCKS AROUND. All ballots to be counted delivered at the beginning of the count and NO ballots allowed to be "found".
It isn't primarily cowardice that causes these freaks to lose all their convictions when they actually get into power.
