No they don't. Because you have swing states doing both ballot and mail in. Now you have a numbers problem in swing states with multiple votes per person. Some states have different laws regarding ballots. They have to cheat in some states in 20 different ways because each district has it's own rules. When people see their vote was counted and its tied to a signature, you have serious issues committing fraud.

I've been reading Trumps books and learning about his leadership style. He is a master of letting problems manifest to his advantage when it is political. It's one of the situations where you would have to prepare the public. 1st letting them see how corrupt they are. 2nd show how they get away with crimes and are above the law.
