It's useful when done properly. You need to work the muscle groups near where the cups are applied beforehand, otherwise it just gives you bruises.
I had a pocket of lactic acid and cupping + graston technique got that sucker out instead of dry-needling.
Cupping marks.
Basically you place cups on your back and apply suction to them, then let them sit for awhile.
It draws blood to the surface and out of the muscle groups, it helps pull gunk out of muscle groups when done properly. I had it done awhile back and you don't bruise that bad after your second or third time doing it.
It hurts the first few times, but the benefits are amazing. Prep-work is key though, graston technique beforehand makes it work just as good as dry-needling.
Seriously helped me out of a painful time with some spinal issues.
This will sound horrific, but it's the correct solution.
They should defend the power grid with force, lethal if necessary. The oil in transformers is dangerous and can lead to health issues if not death. Shooting a few vandals in this case might end up saving more lives than by letting them distribute the fluid as cooking oil.
Submarine reactors aren't very clean, the focus is on size, not fuel efficiency and waste mitigation.
Also I believe refuels happen every few years.
If we want nuclear, we need giant (in comparison) reactors based off of novel research out of the national labs. We can power the whole nation on nuclear while producing significantly less waste than previously thought possible due to new research.
OMG it's retarded. (Insert meme)
Coal power is up to 60% efficient
Gasoline engines are up to 56% efficient (thanks mazda)
Electric cars lose up to 30% from grid and charging losses (5% grid and 25% charging loss - Tesla Model 3 LR)
Gasoline is still the most thermally efficient solution.
It's still available at Walmart :P
