If antifa is still emboldened enough to try and make a Charlottesville 2.0 in 23 days, then we have greater issues to worry about.
When should we do something? After they come into your neighborhood and burn down your house? At that point I won't care, you made your decision, at least I did something and my house will still be standing.
It would be great if there was a cost effective way to produce busts, we could have a giant memorial for every person shot in the streets.
Including Chicago and NYC.
Sort of a constant reminder to people in government that their actions have consequences.
Make sure you have the means to defend yourself and to get somewhere off-grid.
Having 10,000 RDS of ammo doesn't mean much when people firebomb your house. Cost of Molotov cocktails is almost nothing and hand sanitizer is flammable and everywhere.
As much as I disagree with the legal cartels, it's something to learn from.
I wish we could just open up a designated state/city location(s) to legalize stuff that won't harm non-consenting outsiders. Just keep it out of my area.
It's destroying the value of the stuff near me. Apartment owners work by numbers and they think that "it's harmless" until they realize the amount of cleaning required to get rid of pot and other drug substances, not to mention the legal liability for non-consenting neighbors (especially those with asthma.
They effectively got both our cop families to move out (2-3AM parties + tons of smoke & weed smoke), nobody could have windows open at night due to the noise and smell. The cops wouldn't do anything about it because that's where their families lived and they would be in town all day, leaving their family virtually defenseless.
I left partially because of that, and also once the cops left, crime came in.
That's a step too far. TBH, if the feds have someone down, odds are there's a larger problem. There is a better way to deal with it, but it's a tricky issue.
It's better for the local government to clearly outline to the feds what they stand for.
We need to push 2A protection like states are pushing weed legalization.
The hard part is you can't stab someone with a blunt but you can shoot someone with a federally prohibited firearm. Its a mess but we need 2A sanctuary cities to move forward so long term solutions can arise.
Feds will enforce, the 2A sanctuary means they won't use local funds and police to support investigations and raids / arrests on federal firearm violations.
So ATF will still try to chomp down but the local officials won't help, unless other crimes are committed.
I sort of like it.
I've never been so happy about seeing a comment edit.
This is why I love this website, you did the research.
