Been seeing a lot of doomers report this notion that we’re somehow losing. This feels like a gaslight attempt... remember we’ve won. What happens in the next 4 weeks is purely for show.
Our enemies want us to do something to derail our movement. We need to hold the line. Don’t lose the battle of public opinion because of doomer fear pandering.
There was a post a while back from the admins about this, many of the counter points they made were that if they offered donation bar, the enemy could use it to track donations, use legal barriers to slow or destroy the site, and other awful things (doxing users/admins, etc). I’m running off memory here but it sounds like they’ve thoroughly thought it out and decided the cons outweighed the pros.
The guy “interviewing” is either an asshole or an ignorant SOB. The Japanese man obviously cannot understand him, so he speeds up his talk and tries to corner the man into saying outlandish things, which thankfully the Japanese man is able to sideswipe.
We’ve got 4 years to learn this pedes.
