If this is from the Edison Data, that result is because of rounding. If the 53 batches were too small to change the vote percentage by .1%, then there is no way to determine what % are for Biden or for Trump because its hidden in that .1%.
The way people calculated the 50.05 to 49.95 was by assuming the vote percentages were exact, and so the small batches must have had exactly 50.05 to 49.95% because that was the current margin and it didn't change. In reality, the margin did change, but it was by such a small margin that it was hidden by the .1% rounding.
The green party was illegally excluded from the Wisconsin ballot because of a "clerical error".
The court said it was "too late" to correct. Given that their vote in 2016 was 10,000 more than the 2020 margin, the illegal act could have changed the result of the 2020 election.
As someone who actually has long qt syndrome and has to avoid 290+ meds, its amazing how much attention plaquenil got for qt prolongation, when common drugs have the same side effect: benadryl for allergies, z pack for ear infections, omeprazole for gerd, zofran for nausea, prozac for depression, or even pseudoephedrine for your common cold/making meth.
Did you even look at the lin wood lawsuit on the recount? There were unfolded mail in ballots that looked like they were printed. Its not that hard to mix in fake ballots for a recount so that the numbers match, and there are statements under penalty of perjury claiming fake ballots in the recount. There was even a video of people staring at boxes of ballots making sure the numbers matched up. Lin's suit got dismissed for standing so we will see where it goes.
CDC reversed their statements like a 100 times.
The WHO releases under powered study after under powered study. At least it didn't stop US doctors from using remdesivir.
All the vaccine experts say it will take years to develop a vaccine and validate the data because they are slow with their own and don't want pfizer and moderna to take all the profits.
HCQ is only dangerous for long qt patients which is 1 in 2000. All it takes is 1 ekg to find that out and then you just stop the drug.
N-95 masks do work at hospitals. But the point is totally mute if the doctors/nurses don't wash their hands. Hand washing prevents more infections than masks ever will.
(https://archive.nytimes.com/www.nytimes.com/cfr/international/20050301faessay_v84n2_karatnycky.html?pagewanted=print&position=) Until more evidence is actually released, the most convincing thing I found was just to read up on the description of ukraines fraudulent election for the indications of voter fraud.
Yushchenko was denied a voice by the media. He mysteriously got sick the month before the elections. The exit polls on election night showed him comfortably ahead, but there was a delay in counting. Then that night he was reported as having lost by a large margin of 2.5%. Overnight, there were large increases in turnouts but only in cities that favored his opponent. Reports found that data on the election commission was manipulated afterwards. There were reports on the ground of people delivering massive amounts of absentee ballots at multiple polling stations. As soon as Yushchenko lost, the state media was quick to declare the incubant the winner. Thousands of people immediately challenged the election and went out into the streets.
The parallels are simply uncanny.
Wow the judge's stupidity will help the case in the long run. They are largely responsible for fact finding, and instead of denying the facts, he just dismisses them with poor reasoning.
He admits that ballots were not delivered in sealed boxes. Now all they have to do to overturn the judgement is to supply the statutory requirement.
Here the judge also admits that ballots were brought into TCF at 4 am and that they were for Biden. His reasoning that of course they were for Biden, cause Biden got more votes is circular at best.
The funny part is that by attempting to debunk these statements with poor reasoning, he just makes it that much easier to appeal. We can't trust these people's testimony because they didn't go to the walkthrough on a workday the week before, has got to be the worst legal argument in the history of the US.
I really want to know how well this dude did on his BAR exam if this is the best he could come up with. He was an assistant trial attorney in Detroit for 20 years, no wonder crime was rampant.
Why do we care about the opinion of a judge from a tier 2 law school in Minnesota who couldn't get into private practice and was an assistant trial attorney for 20 years?
They didn't go through the walkthrough beforehand on a weekday so therefore their testimonies are invalid. He must have been the bottom of his class in law school, if that is the best argument he could come up with.
heres an eye witness testimony https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUtTuekWb8Q&feature=emb_logo
Unlike every other state in the county, in swing states mail in ballots from democratic counties came in 1-3 days after the election in batches. It was of course expected that the counting would take a long time, but not that the delivery of mail in ballots would. Mailing from detroit to detroit should not take 8 hours. Since there is no chain of custody before arriving at the polling station, that is the time frame where fraud if any is most likely to occur.
You would expect the same trend in other states then. High population areas would have more ballots and take longer to count, but the travel time is way more than the count time, so we don't see that in michigan. 10 people can count to 1000 in only 10 minutes. The fact that detroit took 8 hours to deliver from detroit to detroit means they were doing far more than just counting and putting ballots in boxes to be mailed.
The thing is the dude whose job was to "only open ballots" all of the sudden became a ballot scanner after everyone left. If this statement was true, the dude in red should have left as well.
