My general concern is that if Pence actually his that much power, what is to stop a democrat VP from pulling the same thing for no reason. Where is the safeguard against doing whatever you want if you are the VP when counting the votes?
Roberts will not pass up the opportunity to go down in history as writing the majority opinion for this case. 100 years from no nobody will remember him for being a failure to us on the court, he will be remembered for writing the opinion for the case that gave Trump the Whitehouse.
This is key. If we maga the hell out of the local party positions, we are the ones counting the votes fairly, we are the ones making sure the law is followed. Maga the county commissions, sheriffs board of elections, precinct captains, state house and senate.
