You're right, meth actually isn't sold by pharmacies. I was just speaking off-handedly about drugs like Adderall which are amphetamine salts. Similar effects, less dangerous.
I've had family members under opiod Rxs for long periods of time for chronic pain. What's funny about that is although they don't want to cut them, they also don't really seem keen to give out more than the bars minimum, even for post surgery pain management. Mom had to buy more off the street because they didn't account for her tolerance, and when she brought it up, they pretty much said "too bad, junkie."
That is really interesting that they are under so much pressure. Says a lot about the state of pharma.
Not even just MJ. All of the other ones too man. I mean, if we dedicated our effort into education and rehab to help those who need help, things would be so much better. Drugs are rarely the problem, the addiction and lack of self control usually is.
I like how you bring up caffeine and sugar. Literally almost every american is a fuckin junkie if you add those two and it's kind of sad. Constantly energy depleted caffeine addicts and overweight/obese sugar addicts are totally overlooked in the public's perception of health and addiction. Sugar abuse literally causes diabetes, for fucks sake.
Tired of the government trying it's hardest to control what I do in my life as much as possible. You're telling me that the only drugs I can legally take are alcohol (a poison) and nicotine (an addictive stimulant and terrible nootropic) but MJ, psilocybin, LSD and DMT are off the table, and Meth, Opium, etc are Rx only? Fuuuuuuuuck off.
I'm glad the cops are getting pissed. Not that I hate the cops as individuals, I actually like most of them, but I can't believe that they enforce shit like this. Putting brothas in prison for smoking a little pot. Ruining lives and shit.
From what I've heard talking to people who believe in UBI, the idea is that ALL social welfare programs except for UBI will be cut. This, even though I've never crunched the numbers, supposedly makes it much more affordable.
Yeah, I think he would be an alright guy to hang out with, but I always have my doubts, you know? I mean, the way he lips at some of his cohosts every once in a while gives me a vibe that he might be a cunt behind the scenes. Especially when 1/4 fucks up a display or something. I don't think it's coincidence that his cohosts just kinda dip without warning every once in a while.
