Funimation dubs are terrible for this. They are the ones that basically ruined Dragon Ball by making Goku a superman clone for no fucking reason (In the original Japanese, Goku turning Super Saiyan was supposed to be a BAD thing because Goku was literally losing control of his body, but in Funimation dub? NOPE, I AM THE HERO OF THE EARTH TO DEFEAT YOU), giving EVERYBODY dialogue and monologues to make sure there's no dead sound, because god forbid we actually have SUBTLETY in fighting, and inappropriate hard rock playing at EVERY SINGLE second because god forbid we don't understand what silence means in a scene. Like, I know that a lot of us here grew up with the dub, but it really didn't age well in terms of how properly the dialogue was used and while Bruce Falcouner is a talented man, his music wears down on you because it just keeps playing and we're not simply allowed to enjoy the scene.
Then there's the Interspecies Reviewers incident where Funimation trashed their own reputation by not checking what they were licensing, then when they found out that the show was basically the greatest chad porn of all time, they then said that it fell outside their standards, even though Funimation basically did shows that were basically porn, and then they had the balls to hold onto the licensing when other media companies offered to buy it from them because the show was actually good, AND then they sent copyright strikes to people who want to enjoy Interspecies Reviewers.

It's no longer about "letting the states do what they need to", it's time to start establishing that states have limits. Make the states stop fucking around and let America go back to NORMALCY again.
I know that Trump is working on it, but if he wants to win, if he wants a Reagan tier landslide, then this must be done. So many Blue states, possibly even deep blue like California can be easily turned red or at the very least purple if the Republicans said "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH".
I mean I get that, but if it was me, I'd not only go further than that, but also say "Dems not only own it, they FAILED." I'd do everything in my power to send in as much federal pressure down to the failing states and cities.
I know that Trump is only human, and maybe what he's doing is the right way, but for me, I don't 100% agree with this strategy. I'd make it clear that, yes, the states may have their rights, but they are still under the federal government just as much as the federal government is under the constitution. Federal sovereignty still has to be maintained, and Democrats can't just use states to commit blatant, deliberate crashes like this.
While I do respect Trump's "States need to take care of their own problems", at this point I think Trump needs to stop playing nice and get the states to start going back to normalcy.
If people are being enslaved to unfounded fears of what is essentially the cold but maybe deadly to some people, and have their businesses being attacked by domestic terrorists, maybe it's time to stop giving a damn about states rights and get down to business.
If this was a one day thing then let bygones be bygones, but it's been months of this shit.
State rights are only important if it's like small issues, not mass issues like blatantly unconstitutional laws or letting domestic terrorists burn down entire cities, damn the consequences!

As much as I respect Trump's regards to state rights and "states should solve their own problems", I feel that there needs to be a balance between federal and state governments.
If the states are clearly failing at their jobs a la Portland or Chicago to the extent that riots are happening and police are not safe, or states like California and New York are using the Plandemic to push for blatantly unconstitutional laws for a virus that has a 0.6% fatality rate, the Federal Government has to step in and put an end to it.
States do have rights, but they still have to be subservient to what the Federal Government says.
If I had to criticize only ONE thing about Trump, it's that he's too stuck on his principles. It's a respectable choice, but when you got Democrats blatantly committing treason under the excuse of "it's their states", Trump has to take the gloves off. Granted, lately Trump has been acknowledging that by the recent executive orders that would have bypassed congress, but I feel like he should have done that earlier.
