Meds help around 1/3 of people, do nothing for 1/3, and make 1/3 worse. It's not your imagination. It depends on how your brain metabolizes the meds. There's a specific test that determines that. It isn't amnesty if they have to jump through hoops they'll never be able to get through. If he's talking about merit based criteria they have to meet that is the same criteria he wants to set up for new immigrants, how do you figure that is amnesty?
