If there’s a civil war then there cannot be an end until the entire country is under control. Allow a split and next thing you know the other side invites the Chinese military in and allows military bases and such.
The ideal solution would be an all out war to ensure the occupation of the entire country. My dream solution would be an all out war along with the annexation of Canuckistan or at least taking British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
I was sent a Nevada ballot even though I moved to the Midwest. I called the county office in Nevada and they walked me through canceling my registration. The problem seems to be the state government required that they send me a ballot even though I no longer lived there. It also seemed as though they were keeping an eye out for those who they sent out of state ballots to, because the lady I talked to knew exactly who I was when I called. This was a rural county so they seemed to actually care about the integrity of the election.
