WTF? "You'd have to intentionally damage a building or vehicle by starting a fire or explosion as a hate crime, which is an extraordinarily high bar for bail eligibility. Having a personal bias or animus toward Christmas doesn't legally cut it,’ Bederow added. Why do I have the feeling that "Having a personal bias or animus toward Hannukah doesn't legally cut it" wouldn't be treated the same?

I was wondering this earlier today.

I have to agree, I work at a job where we run 24/7. This isn't rocket surgery.

This is so accurate, I thought the same things when I was 16 and think the same way now. I see this as a great guide to at least a section of property that I hope to acquire in the near future.

I have heard that it is best to sign up for a P.O. Box before you register and then give them that P.O. Box address so that will show up in the registry instead of your actual home address. Hopefully this still works.

I worked with a guy years ago that literally said "I've been clean for 3 months; I smoked a little this morning, but I'm still clean". It was funny and sad at the same time. He then proceeded to try and use a very large ratchet strap as a belt because his pants were size 38 and he was probably a 28.

So how exactly did you come across this 2019 tweet on Twitter? This whale posts a bunch of garbage so it's not quick to scroll back that far.

Generally, you have to dress up like one and act as an officer for it to be impersonation. But of course, I am not a lawyer and each state could be different.

Looks like the bitch deleted the tweet.

I called and the lady insisted that they are the same. I argued that both would be fully approved if they were exactly the same. I also brought up that the liability is different between the two in which case she gave me some long ass URL that I couldn't copy down in time and said the liability is the same. I told her this wasn't true and that was the end of the call. I'll try later when I have some more time.
