Line in the sand.

Unless all aspects of this are rooted out and prosecuted, there are no more elections. There is no legitimate government.

Troupis is a patriot in a sea of bought and paid for traitors.

Pretty much.

Completely agree. Upvoted.

It's bad enough that we have to fight lies and bullshit from the entire government, media, etc. The bullshit from our side is ridiculous.

Is it really so hard to wait 24 hours and not start trashing people who dare to even ask a question about some "news" from an anonymous Twitter "source"?

He's the Trump lawyer that was pushing cases in Nevada.

THIS.

How many cities were burned by Proud Boys or anyone on the right? How many people were killed? How stores were looted?

None.

Out: Russians rigged the election

In: Election rigging is Russian disinformation

This, sadly, is exponentially better than most hearings.

-1
Damiano -1 points ago +1 / -2

They went around in circles about that earlier. Several times.

People who receive "donations" will never ask about "donations".

Make no mistake. They all get "donations". Maybe all don't get "donations" from Dominion but they all get "donations".

I agree. Mostly.

I think he has definitely played fast and loose with several facts and is deliberately conflating things. Different than making shit up out of whole cloth, so your point stands.

I agree. We're talking about good old fashioned ballot stuffing. Just a whole lot of it and utilizing various, up to date methods.

The machines are horribly flawed but- can't wait for the downvotes on this- Powell has gone off the rails into lunacy. Dominion has problems. Lots of them. It is not THE definitive problem.

If nothing else is absolutely clear from this shit show for the past several weeks, it is that we do not have a functioning, representative government and the Constitution is little more than a nice decoration in the National Archive.

This whole thing could be resolved with a real, 3rd party audit.

Which is exactly why SoSs and everyone else are suing to block audits and keep making BS claims about "risk limiting audits" to pretend that comparing incorrect tapes to incorrect data means something.

Look no further than 70% of precincts out of balance and the SoS and others threatening certification boards who dared to question it.

One minute "certification boards have no authority and are purely ministerial" and the next "everything is certified so STFU!".

Yeah, they clearly rehearsed the "one day contractor" line to rebut Melissa.

-1
Damiano -1 points ago +1 / -2

Standard political lie. "Low lever workers", "Isolated human error", "Training issues".

7
Damiano 7 points ago +9 / -2

Agreed.

The records and "audit" (such as it was) and the canvass records are off. Over 70% of them.

But SoS says it's all perfect.

Damiano 23 points ago +25 / -2

Wait a minute...

Earlier, the guy claimed that he didn't know if any Dominion employees were in MI and had no information about any of that.

Now he knows that "two employees and a 1 day contractor" were there and even knows Melissa's name and that she testified.

Oddly specific information for someone who has no information.

Ah. There were strict instructions.

Pack it up. No possibility of fraud.

No modem.

"Except for the modem that I described earlier"

Because the main point of this is "Stop calling my office!!!!" and for later use in fundraising emails and YouTube clips.

Damiano -1 points ago +1 / -2

Ask every damn business on earth that sells to the government.

I'm not defending but Dominion isn't even close to unique with that.

Except he claimed that he had "knowledge of the code" earlier, to try to dodge the fact that they got the code from acquisitions of other foreign companies.

0
Damiano 0 points ago +2 / -2

He's flat out recommended that several times. And he keeps claiming that the source code was opened up and tested.

In other words, all the SoSs have been lying.

Damiano 11 points ago +13 / -2

Hahahaha....

"How does the data get transferred?"

"I don't know the answer to that"

...

Pigeons. Definitely pigeons.
