I have been saying repeatedly that we need to make sure that legislators, courts, etc. clearly understand that we will not allow this to get swept under the rug and gain understanding that their "leadership" is whatever Party flunky they've been bowing to, but The People.
Courts will be particularly hard since they have no real accountability to The People

Even the Justice that wrote the concurring/ dissenting opinion seems to go along with "laches is a bullshit cop out".

As I understand it, the Justice is basically saying, "Get bent on your invalidating votes remedy, but your constitutional challenge has merit"
The uphill battle on this in all courts is, right thing or not, no one wants to be "that guy" who overturned millions of votes. In inescapable outcome of doing so- even though I personally think it MUST be done- is going be like setting off a nuke in every U.S. city simultaneously.

It was a threat and preview of what would happen on a much grander scale if the free shit army does get its way. No judge is going to say it, but you can be damn sure that it is influencing their opinion.

This big issue is that "leadership" are blocking this while making wuss noises, followed by most legislators are more concerned with towing the Party line than representing their constituents.

Here is what voices have accomplished in just the past few days:
- PA legislature is making moves to take back election authority and appoint its own electors
- PA judge has recognized Gov and SoS actions are likely unconstitutional and ordered certification stopped
- There are a number of lawsuits working their way through courts that may finally expose the massive voter fraud that has been going on for decades. This will likely end up in SCOTUS. If successful, the election gets overturned. This also buys time to pursue criminal investigations and a foundation to start arresting the people responsible.
There is a time and place for further action. Soap Box, Polling Box, Jury Box, Ammo Box. In that order.
I agree. They do not fear us.
Work for the best, prepare for the worst.
I can't help directly because I am not a MI resident but here is what I suggest.
Step 1: Start a recall petition for Lee Chatfield. Everyone start one. It doesn't matter if there are 50 million separate petitions with 1 signature each. It will help you to find the people who are on your team.
Step 2: Consolidate. Combine the petitions. Get to know one another in person. Plan for next steps and joint action with your new frens.
Step 3: You're putting pressure on Lee Chatfield to do the right thing and giving the reps who want to do the right thing ammo and support to go against him. Contact the reps one-by-one and ask for their support of the recall petition. Even if you get one or two, that gives you access to the political machine. Do the same with local GOP officials.
This is possibly the best presentation of the problems with this election I have seen to date.
