On the other hand, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google, etc. are all primarily membership driven and their stock prices are directly tied to "active users". This is why a lot of them give out free accounts. Apple, in particular, is relying on "services" (iCloud, AppleTV+, etc.) to prop themselves up. Hardware is dying for them because of Chinese competition.
If 75 million people canceled their services, including the "free" services this weekend, the hit to their stock in the pre market and regular hours on Monday would be enormous. A cumulative hit to all of them of this size could possibly crash the entire market.
They despise you. Stop being their slave. Don't "let them ban you", waiting our your free trials, or otherwise procrastinating. This is how they string you along while reporting grossly inflated 'user' numbers that are worth much more to them than any subscription fee.
If you have been waiting to do your part, the time has come and you don't even have to leave your keyboard to do it.

Anyone who rents things like buses, RVs, etc. wants to rent them and most will bend over backward to help groups get vehicles off their lots, especially in the winter slow season.
Here’s a suggestion to make booking simple:

Contact your local bus/ RV rental place, bus charter provider. Ask THEM to help take payments from various people. This cuts out middle men, payment complexity, etc. and makes your reservation in one shot.

Direct everyone to the provider to make their payment.
Call them, email them, etc. and demand an answer. Are they going to DC on Jan. 6th or not?
The answer doesn’t matter much. If the answer is “no”, keep piling on till it’s yes or they understand that we will be coming for them when we’re done in DC.
If the answer is “yes”, get them to help you to build up numbers of people going, organize mass transport, and build additional resources (food, water, legal assistance).
Use them and their resources to build turn out. They have media contacts. They have hundreds of groups on speed dial. They have names and contact info for hundreds of thousands of people. Use them. Use their resources.
So far, this is the only site I visit that has anything about DC on January 6th. Mobilize the pede army to get the word out to all sites.
Bottom Line: This is for all the marbles. We need to go BIG. Bigger than any gathering in history.
How?

You are no alone. Contact your local groups. All of them. The objective is pooling contact lists and resources to turn people out and help get them to DC.

Contact your local GOP office. Ask them what they are doing to organize/ mobile turn out. Ask them for contact lists, help, and resources.

Contact your state reps & federal congress critters. It doesn’t matter what letter comes after their name. Yes, almost all of them are worthless sacks of shit. But IT IS TIME TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS HAPPENING AND THEY WILL GET ON THE BUS OR UNDER IT. Ask them what they are doing to help. Ask them for contact lists, groups, resources that you can contact. Ask them to show up and speak. We don’t care much what they say, so long as they show up. All of them are preening camera whores with media contacts. Use that to our advantage.

As your start getting groups together, contact your local media. Yes, they are lying sacks of shit too. That doesn’t matter. If people are mobilizing, they will cover it. Their spin doesn’t matter. Air time and publicity do. The more people hear about groups mobilizing, the more people mobilize, no matter what the media spin is.
ADD YOUR ACTIVITIES, RESOURCES, AND CONTACT LISTS IN THE COMMENTS. Help inspire people by your actions and give them ideas on how they can act.
The courts have failed. The legislatures have failed.
We have one last chance to seek a peaceful resolution to the flagrant lawlessness of the 2020 election. We need every voter who was disenfranchised due to our governments repeated failures to follow and enforce the law to come out and stand together in Washington DC on January 6th.
How to organize:
- Make your travel plans
- Contact your local groups and ask for help in organizing. The objective is to consolidate membership lists and resources to build head count and travel resources. HELP BUILD THE LIST OF GROUPS AND RESOURCES IN THE COMMENTS
- Contact your state and federal reps and demand their support. They have massive contact lists and resource pools that they tap for elections, fundraising, etc. Further, many of them made all sorts of claims about fighting and not resting. It's time for them to put action behind their words. If they don't go all in to help and commit to showing up personally, we need to start recall petitions.
- Once you have a reasonable sized, local group, start a crowdsourcing effort to raise additional resources. Don't just make a million random pages of this sort. That will just confuse potential contributors and raise doubts about the legitimacy of the fundraising.
- Attending in person is Objective #1. Stay focused on that. Use the tools above to help make going in person possible for as many people as possible. Then get everyone to send letters, emails, make calls, etc. to help put pressure on all of the above.
We need to show everyone in DC that we are not going to stand aside and allow lawlessness to stand. Those on the fence need to see that our numbers are much larger and much more determined than the violent left and they will either gain our support or they will face our wrath.
It is time for the citizens of the United States to stand, take our power back, and hold our representatives accountable.
Time to start taking action, pedes. We have looked to others for far too long.

Section 230 is a double edged sword. Sure, it is exploited by Twitter, Facebook, et. all. but it also protects sites like TD.win

More importantly, stop looking to government for solutions to all your problems. "There should be a law..." is precisely what got us to where we are today.
There are alternatives to Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Start using those, stop feeding the beasts that despise you, and stop looking to government to regulate the world into what you think it should be.

I am not in favor of Section 230 any more than I am in favor of any government regulation. At the same time, I also recognize that absent this law, owners of sites like TD.win would be sued from all over the place every time that someone posts something stupid.
There is real easy solution to all of the very valid complaints about Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Stop using them.
Most importantly, stop demanding that the government "fix" things that you refuse to act on yourself.
Constitutional options:
- There are numerous cases headed toward SCOTUS. This was tossed on standing. That doesn't necessarily mean that the others will be. That said, only about 1 in 100 cases get heard by SCOTUS.
- Legislatures step up
- Electoral College goes faithless (not gonna happen, but included for the sake of being complete)
- Senate and House step up
There are the options that I am aware of, overlooking the more... interesting possibilities for next steps.

There are lots of cases floating around from everyone from individuals, various groups, the GOP, Trump’s team, etc. that are fighting the fraud fight and related issues. The TX case has nothing to do with any of this. It is separate, unique, and is rooted in State and Constitutional issues solely related to states. This is why it didn’t go through other courts because those courts have to say in the very narrow p, very specific questions of this case.
It is big and getting a lot of publicity, so everyone and their cousin wants to get their name on it.
Bottom line: No entity but a State has anything to do with this case. People claiming otherwise and those making filings about fraud or anything else are damaging the case in public opinion, confusing very important issues, and adding frivolous paperwork that does nothing to help the case, no matter what their intentions may or may not be and no matter how much you like them.
If they want to take a case to SCOTUS then they need to do so, as individuals or join a case that involves the issues that they are arguing.
This case is too important for it to be ruined by a bunch of unrelated or frivolous stuff and I don’t want to see this get tossed out because someone put their 15 minutes of fame ahead of the future of the country.
