Representative Hall,
First, I wish to commend your committee for involving both Democrat and Republican members in today's hearing, through it was immensely disappointing to not see all members present. Disagreement, even if heated, is healthy and critical and we face challenges that must be carefully examine from all sides. An unclear or uncertain election result impacts everyone. A single error has the potential disenfranchise everyone.
There is an immense amount of information to consider and numerous, reasonable debates can be had about much of it. I wish to draw your attention to one simple item on which there seems to be universal agreement.
It is irrefutable fact, thoroughly documented, and there is no disagreement between any parties; numerous Michigan precincts do not balance. No amount of evidence or speculation will determine the cause or impact of these imbalances. Only a complete investigation and full third-party audit of all ballots, materials, and equipment can accomplish this. Unless this occurs, no person can make any reasonable and honest claim that any candidate or issue on any ballot in the impacted areas has won or lost.
Numerous officials in your state have stated that canvas board certifications are purely "ministerial" and that board members have a legal obligation to certify the result, irrespective of the numerous, verified, and irrefutable problems. For anyone to claim that any result is certified as true and correct under these circumstances is absurd and, in itself, fraudulent. Michigan does not have any right to impose this total lack of accountability, uncertainty, and inaccuracy on any resident, much less on the nation as a whole.
No reasonable and honest person can make the claim that 70% of anything out of balance yields and acceptable, accurate, or valid result. If 70% of our personal credit card statements did not balance, we would not pay 100% of the bill. If 70% of our personal bank accounts did were out of balance, we would not accept that it because, "it is like that on every statement".
In this moment, your committee's and legislature's action will impact the lives of every American alive today and for generations to come. What candidate ultimately prevail in any election is of no concern to me, so long as the results are free, fair, and legitimate according to our laws. No reasonable or honest person can say that about Michigan's currently stated counts, even if we disregard all other concerns and only consider this one issue which everyone acknowledges.
Your duty to your constituents, your State, and the entire country is clear. A full and complete investigation must be completed and a full and complete independent audit of all ballots, materials, and machinery must be performed and this must be done now.
The eyes of the entire world are upon you. I sincerely hope that you will act promptly and decisively and provide the world with this fundamental certainty, absent which, all else crumbles.
A newly discovered batch of 55 uncounted ballots in a rural upstate New York county has the potential to alter the outcome of a yet-to-be-called congressional race.
As of Monday — which was supposed to have been the final day for election officials to report vote totals in the district — Tenney led the freshman Democrat by a razor-thin 12-vote margin.
Chenango County Attorney Alan Gordon informed Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte of the findings on Tuesday. “Those ballots were apparently mislaid and never counted,” Gordon wrote. “I have advised our Board of Elections to not open any of those ballots and to secure them in their offices,” he said. Of the 55 ballots, 11 appear to be from unregistered voters.
The Brindisi-Tenney contest has been a seesawing affair, with the Republican jumping to a nearly 29,000 vote lead on election night — only to see that lead disappear as mail-in ballots were counted. Then last week, Brindisi appeared to grab a double-digit lead, but his small advantage was wiped out over the weekend after two counties said they had made tabulation errors.
How are they still counting and finding "new" ballots on December 2nd?
After watching today's farce of a hearing, it appears that we have only one avenue left to force the government dole recipients that are supposed to be representing you to do their jobs.

I can't help directly, since I do not live in your state, but I am happy to provide any indirect help needed that would not compromise the validity of the recall process.
Considering the number of pissed off patriots I saw step up today and the fact that these clowns just made asses of themselves in front of over 140,000 people nationwide on RSBN, I doesn't seem like it would be hard to get signatures of 25% voters in each of their districts who want to see these clowns become unemployed.
If there are legal pedes who might be willing to lend some expertise to support MI pedes in this effort, I'm betting it would be appreciated.
"...I don't believe that question is "Will it change the outcome of the election?". I don't believe that's a valid question. You can't even answer that question until you search for the truth and launch a full investigation. ...I guess the question is really this; "Should fraud be investigated not, "Is the fraud we're investigating sufficient to change the outcome of the election?"... The American people need to decide is this overwhelming evidence of fraud deserving of an answer.

It’s time.
It is past time.
Contact your federal and state reps. Send them just these words.
If they will not ensure our rights, their authority will be abolished and they will be replaced
The time is now.
"I refused to certify..."
Election worker: "Machines are not tabulating correctly We need to shut them down."
If not, why not?
Call them, email them, hit them on social media, send open letters to your local media... every day until you get an answer.
You need to know what they were doing that was more important than listening to their constituents testify about election fraud.
There is NO EXCUSE that every one of them, R and D, is not participating with these.
So far, I see no evidence that an election took place. All I see is fraud and lies.
"...Mom/ Dad, what did you do in 2020 when they made elections irrelevant?" what will you say?
-"I, and millions of others, contacted every state rep and senator every day, then found them at the grocery store and ensured that the represented our family, not their bitch ass "party leadership". We stood with brave patriots like Doug Mastriano. As a result, the legislatures in all 50 states rose up and took back elections from the corrupt Secretaries of State and Governors, who were bought and paid for by the tech companies and part of the endless political corruption."
-or-
"I made some spicy memes and posted them on Twitter, which Twitter then monetized and paid off their political cronies, who then banned the competition on false allegations of hate speech. No go eat your government cheese, read your little red book, and stop asking questions before we get turned in for speaking against the party."

- Trump makes false claims about fraud
- In a 3 hour public meeting [full of evidence], which we will not broadcast or except here, there was no evidence presented
- Trump will not leave the White House if the Electoral College votes against him
There is zero evidence to support any of these claims, yet the are repeated constantly on the media and social media is not censoring these claims or banning anyone's account for making these claims.
Gorsuch in the NY SCOTUS decision:
"In the end, I can only surmise that much of the answer lies in a particular judicial impulse to stay out of the way in times of crisis. [referring to The Dread Justice Roberts' betrayal in South Bay concurrence]. But if that impulse may be understandable or even admirable in other circumstances, we may not shelter in place when the Constitution is under attack. Things never go well when we do."
There's polling out that says that even 30% of Democrats believe that fraud impacted this election. All the same issues we're enraged about now have been brought up before by Democrats and Republicans. Surely we can all agree (apart from the BLM/ ANTIFA types) that free, fair, accurate, and legal elections matter even more than who wins any one election.
I think it's time to start organizing to demand a full, independent audit of the election in every state. It is way past time that all this stuff gets sorted out, once and for all. The fact is that no matter who wins or loses, no one has any faith in elections anymore and that is getting worse all the time. I cannot think of anyone on any part of the political spectrum who trusts government to resolve the vast amount of legitimate issues expressed by all sides for decades.
Speaking personally, I don't want to see Biden in the White House, but I would have zero problems it if it was an accurate result of a free and fair election.
My idea is to start putting the organization together. Everyone is invited. It's not about who wins or loses. No cheering for any candidate allowed. The desired result is for every state to order an independent, 3rd party audit of all election processes, equipment, and results. Auditing firms are all over the place and have more staff than any one state. The result of the audit will be a full, public report detailing all the good, bad, and ugly, audited results, and recommendations for improvements.
No matter who gets sworn in in January, if this doesn't happen, a vast amount of people are not going accept it... or worse.
Thoughts?
Unfreakingbelievable. The woman they have running things just spent 15 minutes flat out lying and avoiding questions about why she didn't follow the law.
Her best excuse, "We really tried..."
