Are the tariffs on China working? I keep debating one of my libertarian friends who refuses to vote for Trump. He keeps arguing that the tariffs are hurting our farmers and not China.

I dont buy that argument but don't know enough about it to argue effectively against it.

I know eventually the goal is to end the tariffs, but not until China comes to the table and actually ends their unfair trade practices against us.

If we were to end the tariffs that would be insane as China would continue to walk over us, tariff us, and continue to devalue their currency.

Anyone have more insight into this?

When you go to make a contribution there is an option to split the the amount between two entities:

1. Trump Make America Great Again Committee
2. Donald J. Trump for President, Inc

Does anyone know what the different between these two options are?

Also, is there a way to donate without having your identity made public?
