It depends a lot on the state. 20+ years ago, and you've stayed out of trouble since - that should give you a very good chance. Some states do it automatically for minor felonies.
I'd suggest starting by reading on the pardon/restoration of rights process in the state where you were convicted - which may or may not be where you're currently located.

It wasn't real-time control. The landing was entirely automated, and the "live" telemetry was delayed, so the lander would have already been on the surface before it indicated that it was entering the atmosphere.
