I laugh out loud every time I see footage of rioters who hate police and want them defunded shouting "call the police!!" Funny how fast their feelings toward the police change once they realize they need help, isn't it?
It's like they have this assumption that black suspects are entitled to fight the cops with no consequences. Like they deserve to be above the law or something. If you're black then you can do no wrong, the cops must be racists if they shoot you for resisting arrest. Makes no sense to me.
Stay calm. Keep your hands visible. No sudden moves. Don't argue, do what they ask you to. If blacks don't like getting shot by cops, maybe they should try having some common sense and acting rationally instead of resisting arrest. I swear every case I hear about, the suspect either fought the cops or tried to run away, or both. It's like they think they can do whatever they want with no consequences. Don't be a dumbass, that goes for everyone regardless of what color you are.
And remember, when you get pulled over, the cop is probably more frightened than you are. They have no idea if someone is going to pull a gun on them. And they take that risk every time they interact with someone.

Fun fact: the 2012 remake of Red Dawn (which was hot garbage btw) was originally supposed to depict a hypothetical invasion of the United States by China. Sadly the law is on the side of the criminals. Rioters are held up as "peaceful protesters" while those who exercise their right to self-defense against the violent mobs are vilified. Police are ordered to stand down and let the chaos happen. There are literally mobs of communists marching in the streets, beating people and burning buildings to the ground.
