The law that was bargained for that allowed for safe passage of firearms owners through the US without fear of prosecution for possession of a firearm and outlawed the listing of registered firearms with their owners under the NFA. It was a big deal.

Being that Constitutionally only the legislature is allowed to make changes to elections, Jay Inslee ordered a few changes in Washington, including suspension of the 8 Days Prior clause to registration in Washington.

I wonder how many ballots were cast because of that provision?
