Ugh I hate knowing how stupid left wingers are.
The biggest red pill you can give someone is through taxes.
Because the left always pushes 'TAX THE RICH'
And then they complain that the rich avoid taxes and barely pay anything!
So who exactly do they think pays for all of the government spending? And that is why when people become middle class they become right wing.
Inflation is how they sucker people out of 'generational wealth.'
Sure, your parents worked their assess off to earn enough so you'd never have to want, but now that money is worthless. Unless it was properly invested, which is why we do not teach saving/investing in school. Can't have our working class drones and welfare votes getting smart.
It's really weird to be on this side of the fence.
The left always brings up China and Russia as some terrible place, when that is THEIR ideals and the lefts allies.
Meanwhile, the right actually demonize and fight against them.
In Ohio there are three statutes that address conduct that is considered criminal trespass. While each statute addresses specific circumstances, they generally prohibit entering or staying on another person's property without permission. It's important to note that the property being owned or controlled by a public agency or gaining permission through deception isn't a defense to a criminal trespass charge under section 2911.21.
Criminal Trespass (§ 2911.21): It's unlawful to:
Knowingly enter or remain on someone else's property; Recklessly enter or remain on someone else's property when notice against unauthorized access/presence has been provided. Negligently fail or refuse to leave upon being notified by a visible sign or other means of notice provided by the owner, occupant, or agent or servant of either.
So, yeah, she was criminally trespassing by Ohio law. Doesn't matter why they asked her to leave, upon refusing to leave she is now trespassing.
Yup.
School has to enforce these policies because they are state law and the last thing schools need is more lawsuits.
If you don't like the requirements for being somewhere, don't go.
And if a cop is arresting you, have some fucking class.
What's the flag in the background?
