I remember a long long time ago like 15 years Taco Bell was testing machines like these in Alpharetta(GA) I think. I know it was one of the malls up 400. Anyway someone discovered that if you ordered the cheapest Tacos one at a time and hit remove cheese remove meat etc that it would give you a 0.79 Taco for -0.26 cents or whatever(numbers not exact).
Pretty sure there was even a news story about it because a group of people used it to get dozens of empty Taco shells with real food for free. They had it rigged where it wouldn't give you cash but if you did the math you could pay like 5 cents and get $10 worth of food. They fixed it pretty quickly but it was still hilarious cause for like a week hundreds of people were getting free food and no one even noticed.

That was clearly a C-130. So the only reason to circle around is if you are either a Spooky/Ghostrider gunship, which seems like overkill, or you're a Air Combat Command/PsyOP model circling over a target.

For those that are having trouble loading the video... it shows two blackhawks circling around in a wide circle probibly(based on the buildings) 100 stories up? Right above the buildings. Then a C-130 comes by. Its higher up but not by much and it clearly banks slightly like it too is circling around NYC in a wide pattern. Its only 1 min long.

The other option... they've disguised a pair of theirs by coloring them to look like POTUS aircraft in order to move pieces in place without being obvious.

It can seem confusing but its very simple. The Constitution says that there are two possible punishments. The Senate makes its own rules. They view it like so... A 2/3rds vote convicts. IF convicted a simple majority vote also applies the never hold office again punishment. So the Senate at the time chose to impeach him removing him from office but failed to vote to make his removal permanent.
