If you see this or it happens to you, open up your smartphone, start recording, and ask them to say it again. Make them do it on the record. If they run away or start getting offended you know it's a scam. Press them hard. And if they're stupid enough to pull this bullshit on camera we can nail the dicks to the wall with it. It's the only way we can get these scumbags out of our election process.
Also, extradition treaties vary wildly. Many limit the conditions of extradition to certain minimum charges like murder or other capital crimes. Even if you were a Chinese national living in Thailand, it's not like the CCP can just phone the Thai consolate and have you shipped off to Beijing for saying mean things about the party.
It's pretty eye-opening when you realize every word out of a Democrat's mouth is either a lie or a projection of some sort. They project a lot because they understand the psychological effect that it has -- it's effective at distracting from their own crimes... at least for a time.
