That’s right, I’m saying a vote for Trump, a vote for a third-party candidate, or simply not voting at all -- they’re all the same, and they all mean:
“I care more about my favorite issue than democracy. I believe Trump winning is more important than democracy. I am comfortable standing aside and allowing democracy to be methodically dismantled, in plain sight.”
Your terms are acceptable. The United States was never a democracy.
This is great in a lot of ways because it shows how desperate they are. This CEO was willing to throw himself, his business, his corporate partners, his investors, and even his employees into the fire to prevent another Trump term. They're coming unglued. And while that certainly means we're winning, it also makes our opponents unpredictable.
Unpredictable means dangerous.
Something far worse and more apocalyptic would have taken place under Clinton. My feeling is that it was meant to be a war with Russia. Deep state was teeing up Russia to be the next big boogeyman throughout the Obama administration and especially with Clinton as SoS. Meanwhile she was selling our nation's uranium reserves to the Kremlin.
They still leaned heavily on Russia over the first Trump term but, lacking the political capital to wage an actual war with them, had to pivot to an interference/hacking/collusion narrative instead.
It's something beyond lying at this point. The open rejection of objective truth is staggering in its scale. Media breathlessly denies things which are easily proven, and insists upon things that never happened. It's peak clown world.
"Can't be verified" is their new weasel phrase. Notice how Stahl just repeated it again and again? They have no other explanation, no spin, no out. So they just claim it's all fake rumors to escape having to report on or even acknowledge it. And that makes them very uncomfortable.
Pure head-in-the-sand reporting -- propaganda!
Yeah, I could get behind that.
