Big government enables big corporations. Fascism, that is national socialism, can be rightly called Corporatism. Solutions? Not many. We could strip corporations of their personhood but then taxing and suing them becomes difficult. Who do you bill? Who do you serve with court orders? The CEO? The CEO is a mere employee The directors? difficult if not impossible to create a legal nexus between the fault, crime, profit what have you and the individual.
You could force any politicians who have a corporate sponsor to declare such and abstain from any proceedings regarding that entity.
