Recently, I was searching through the CIA's (United States Central Intelligence Agency) website and came across something interesting: Donald Trump is still listed as the "Head of State" of the United States. "They just forgot to update it," sure you can say that, but how did the CIA forget when Twitter, Facebook, Google, and others immediately updated. Very strange!
