So, did this effect votes? I understand it’s illegal, but I wouldn’t want my vote thrown out because someone used excel to upload the votes especially if this didn’t change any numbers. If Trump wins on a technicality, they’ll never give up trying to impeach him. They found an old voting machine thrown out in a field. There were other reports that they possibly found 2 more. Most people are saying this machine isn't in use anymore. As far as the votes in the garbage, I'm not sure.
