I can relate to what the last person is saying. Those kinds of people are most everyone I know, and while I am tremendously frustrated with and disappointed in them, I disagree with you because although perception is a survival skill, I believe these people are legitimate victims of nearly a century+ of brainwashing that is so powerful and insidious it's nearly inconceivable. I think, as difficult as it will be, we need to have some compassion for these people, especially regarding what is about to happen. It will shock some of these people to the point of hospitalization.
