This board moves so quickly that some of the most interesting threads get lost rather quickly. Someone posted this earlier today and it is very...enlightening.

I do not know who the gentleman in the video is -- I assume he's a YouTube personality. He does not have refined speech. He is very angry (I would say justifiably) and he slips very easily into profanity.

However, what he has to say is, I think very important. This is the type of person who should have a voice in the black community because he speaks with common sense (a rare gift these days).

It's a long program but he covers his examples so well I wonder that no one has ever thought to give this man a national forum. If he was listened to -- I doubt we'd have rioting in the streets.

Maybe it's just me. Maybe I just don't understand the system. But I've just watched a video of a cop getting a beat down in a McDonald's, another of a white person lying on a sidewalk being kicked by two black people, and a third of a car being surrounded by a group of black people attempting to drag the driver out until the driver hit the gas and rolled over one of them to escape.

This kind of thing has been going on for two weeks to the delight of the Democrats and the horror of the Republicans.

To me -- it seems like the Congress has been derelict in its duty to enforce the laws of our country as written.

I don't care what Pelosi and her Kneeling Ninnies feel about what's going on. The law is the law. If they are abetting these rioters by doing nothing to stop it -- I want them arrested.

I'm deadly serious -- send in whatever agency has to be sent to cuff them and throw their sorry asses behind bars. Whoever is left after getting rid of the insurrection enablers can then pass whatever emergency legislation is needed to stop the bullshit.

It's all fine and dandy to want to open the normies eyes. But not at the expense of cops getting the crap knocked out of them by a mob, or seeing people dragged out of their cars by frenzied maniacs.

At this point -- somebody in government has to grow a pair and do something. No more talking about how awful all this is -- we already know that. Time for somebody to man up and issue the same command old man Daley did during the riots way back when politicians weren't cowards.

This board moves so quickly that by the time I finished my answer the question had been lost.... It was: Do you think Trump will lose the 2020 election?

I am beginning to wonder if it matters which side wins. I AM NOT CONCERN TROLLING. I AM PISSED OFF AND HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE.

If our side is doing nothing, for all practical purposes it's useless.

I have been doing some serious thinking this past week -- mostly about how it seems that first the Rinos, then the Democratic House always seemed to make it so hard to get any real progress going without a huge fight. And things could have been done to make the situation easier -- but weren't. Why?

Why didn't Trump simply issue an executive order reversing the one Obama signed allowing propaganda? That one thing would have prevented most of the bullshit that has caused the conservatives considerable angst over the past four years.
Do you think these people would be running around like maniacs worshipping a low-life like Floyd if the media hadn't been egging them on?

Would we have had continual "Russia, Russia" without the daily leaks of misinformation?

Could batshit crazy Schiff have conducted his super secret basement investigations with media attention if that propaganda allowance had been rescinded? Would there have been an impeachment?

And all of this BULLSHIT gave the communists time to plan the little innsurrection you see when you look outside your door. Because WE were busy worrying about the almost daily crisis caused by the media. And now, aren't we doing fine?

I'm afraid my mind is going off on some unpleasant tangents. And I want to believe that someone is on our side...

But then I think about General Washington's visitation at Valley Forge (some claim it's true, others not) and I think...what if we're on that third threat? What if it's here and now?

And the vision said we will win...but it will be a hell of a fight.

And the one thing I don't believe in is telling people they shouldn't express certain ideas.

Would you tell Paul Revere not to make his midnight ride? It might be discouraging, Paul!

We (all of us) need to do a lot of very serious thinking. And we need to start peacefully demanding what we want. DEMANDING. Because the one thing I do know for a fact is that we are being ignored and placated.

As to your specific question -- my mother was clairvoyant. I am not quite as gifted as she -- but I asked this question myself one night while praying. I heard the word, "victory". Interpret that as a cautious "yes". I never have a problem getting information -- just deciding what it means. My mom always knew, but unfortunately has passed away so is unavailable for an opinion.

Whenever people speculate as to why Judge Roberts does what he does we're always told he's being blackmailed by the deep state.

Okay. Let's say I buy that excuse. For whatever reason the good guys know he's being blackmailed and they probably know what he's being blackmailed about.

At this point, I don't think Roberts getting to keep his big secret a secret is worth the whole country going to hell. Why don't the good guys just expose the secret? Once it's out into the open -- the possible scenarios are:

  1. Nobody cares and the judge is then free of blackmail and can vote as he pleases. Possibly better for us.

2.He gets thrown out and Trump gets to appoint a new judge. Also possibly better for us

Either option is a possible improvement over what we have now.

If our side doesn't expose his "secret" the deep state just keeps on blackmailing him and we keep spinning our wheels.

From my point of view, we've got a pile of idiots in the government. They keep whining about him as if they are powerless to do anything to stop him. I know they got the goods on this guy -- just expose him and cut the song and dance already. It's annoying as hell.

That video of the white toddler getting slapped around was positively the last straw as far as I am concerned.

This "hate whitey" nonsense is getting out of hand. The media promotes it during their newscasts. The colleges teach it to students. Online newspapers print articles saying how white people should be exterminated NOBODY has done a single thing to make any of this kind of thing illegal. You can't say this stuff about black people, or Asians, or Hispanics, or Indigenous peoples. Only white people are allowed to be openly abused.

When it reaches the point that TODDLERS are being attacked (and I don't give a damn it was by other children -- it was provoked by an adult) our COWARDLY Republican politicians need to get off their asses and make attacking white people a hate crime. Naturally, I wouldn't expect the small children to be charged -- but adults provoking them should be.

We (meaning all of us) need to write letters and let the politicians know this is unacceptable. In recent days, I've seen at least twenty videos of white people being attacked. This last video was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

Conservatives always say liberalism is a mental disease.

What if it is? Did anyone ever do a study comparing the brains of conservatives and liberals? Perhaps there's some structural difference, or maybe somewhere along the way they get brain damaged.

It's just inconceivable to me that these people can consistently choose evil over good and still be considered "normal". I'd really be interested in knowing why they're so sick in the head and don't seem to realize it.

21

Let's say -- best case scenario occurs.

Durham finally arrives and indicts everyone we want indicted before the election.

President Trump wins reelection.

We take back the House and keep the Senate.

It's not a high priority I suppose -- but do we get to restore all the statues these morons are pulling down? Some of them I've never seen -- probably never will. But it is our heritage. And now it seems they are pulling down people that they don't know anything about. Supposedly they yanked down one of a famous abolitionist. They don't even care anymore -- if the person is white they tear it down.

20

For awhile there, it actually appeared that social media was going to be designated a publishing platform. Then the subject died down.

If they had done it then (when they said they were going to) all of this (rioting, looting, damage to property, police and civilian deaths) could be laid at the door of social media in a lawsuit. These anit-fa and BLM people plan their events on social media. By giving them a nationwide platform for this -- they would be liable for millions, if not billions. BUT somebody has to get moving on this because there is a lot more they 're planning. They can be bankrupted with claims if they make it retroactive to cover these riots.

Waiting for our side to do anything is like waiting for Godot.

10

Do you suppose they can put the fear of God into liberal professors? Do you remember the Archeology professor from the University of Alabama who gave detailed instructions on Twitter on pulling down statues?

Well the little dears did it -- and somebody got their skull crushed. I wonder if he dies -- can the justice department charge this wacko professor as an accessory?

It might make some of these wacky liberal professors think twice. They just can't spew out words and think they have no consequences.

In case you forgot the professor, here's a link to an article:

https://amp.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/jun/1/univ-of-alabama-professor-instructs-rioters-on-how/

17

The first thing to remember is that liberals like to attach their own definitions to words or concepts and then use that as "proof" for their accusations. Do not bother wasting time arguing against this tactic as in "I am not this or that". Clearly state that your reality is not defined by their parameters and that their personal definitions are not valid.

They depend upon invented concepts and skewed definitions and your inability to defend yourself against them. Just refuse to acknowledge the validity of anything they "invent" or "twist". Keep the conversation focused on the definition of a term or the validity of a concept and do not let them try to make it about you or your life.

24

In order to believe in the concept of "white privilege" -- a person has to believe that the individual circumstances of their own life has such vast importance that it has affected an entire race of people.

How narcissistic can you get?

13

Since BLM were so vocal about the fact that they were rioting and calling for continued rioting -- why hasn't the government moved to seize the donations they collected during these riots to reimburse the innocent people whose businesses, homes were burned out? It would seem to me that if you "play"-- you should "pay". I see no reason that cash should be laundered into the Democratic party.

15

Today De Blasio vowed to reduce funding for the NYPD. I don't live there ...BUT...my cousin Mike was a detective for the NYPD on 9/11. He spent the majority of that day running in and out of the twin towers getting people out. He's dead now -- of cancer due to breathing in all that smoke and ash that day.

Those brats who yelled, "pigs in a blanket etc." aren't fit to wipe my cousin's shoes --nor that of any other officer or fire fighter who served that day.

Some of those kids were very young and don't remember -- but the politicians -- especially that loudmouth, "somebody did something" know perfectly well they are spitting on Michael's grave by defaming his fellow officers and also claiming a legacy of past abuses excluding all heroic actions.

NOTHING would make me happier than for the next White House press conference to show a video of our police and firemen in action that day to REMIND THE PRESS WHO THEY ARE CRUCIFYING.

I am not asking for much --just that. And if anyone in the White House reads this board please do this for all the officers and firemen who ran into the twin towers that day and dug through the rubble on the following day searching for survivors.

Remind the people who was there for them when they needed them the most.

These protests will eventually come to an end.

People have been murdered. Property has been damaged.

This situation was largely due to the failure of the Democratic mayors and Governors to protect the citizens.

Why aren't they legally liable for this failure? It was an obvious, deliberate, attempt at political maneuvering and they should not be allowed to get away with this kind of thing.

They should be held PERSONALLY liable because unless they feel pain in their own wallet -- they will never stop doing things like this and there will be no deterrent to stop others from doing so either.

Before someone says, "that can't be done" --remember that they don't seem to have any difficulty with something like, "defund the police" which, seems equally impossible. Yet, I have no doubt that they will keep pushing until they accomplish this somewhere. So, perhaps a little pushing on our end would not hurt.

Another policeman died last night. he was 38 years old and had children. I would LOVE to see his wife and children get a bundle of cash.

11

What happens now to the "professionals" who exhibited peculiar behavior during these days of civil unrest?

The people in uniform (I think they were National Guard?) dancing the Macarena with the protestors? It was in the afternoon when things were quiet -- but one wonders how these people thought they would keep the aura of "authority" when they had effectively "partied" with the protestors.

The kneeling and groveling members who were sent to quell the disturbance and ended up apologizing? As members sent in an official capacity they should display no private opinions as long as they are on duty and in uniform. Apparently they never got the memo.

I found the entire thing -- truthfully -- like something you'd read in Mad Magazine. I half expected to see Alfred E. Neumann pop up and ask, "What, me worry?"

19

Going back to when I was a little girl, stories would circulate around the neighborhood about teenage boys who got into trouble with the law. It was the practice then to give them the choice of serving sentence in jail or enlisting in the military to learn discipline. I was wondering if that policy is still in place.

Having seen these young men (and shockingly young women) running wild through the streets like a pack of maurading barbarians I can't help but think that a good stint with the military would improve them immensely. But then wonder if it's fair to the officers to want them to work miracles.

Anyhow....do they still do this? They used to back in the early '60s.

22

I've been watching "Hannity" for years and he's always ended his program with part of a verse from John 14:1 -"Let not your heart be troubled..." Last night for the first time ever he said, "My heart is troubled."

That threw me. He is actually well acquainted with Trump. If he's worried, should we be?

22

In the areas that politicians are seriously saying they intend to defund the police -- isn't there one citizen willing to file an injunction to stop this nonsense? Once it gets to the Supreme Court -- I imagine law enforcement would win. We are taxed for defense. And I believe that would include law enforcement.

Is there no lawyer willing to take this case?

21

Since the District of Columbia is under the jurisdiction of Congress -- why was that Looney Tunes mayor able to graffiti tag a main street in such a huge and obnoxious fashion without permission from Congress?

It would seem to me that defacing a city street of the Capitol of the United States of America ( no matter how well intentioned she thinks she is) is not a unilateral decision -- nor would such a semi-permanent feature be something that would seem to be in her jurisdiction anyway. "Beautification" programs, to my knowledge, of things in the Capitol city fell to the First Lady since Jackie Kennedy's time (with the approval of Congress).

So where does mayor ding a ling get the notion she can turn the nation's Capitol into the ghetto with street tagging?

Quick suggestion for anyone on this board who has any musical talent whatsoever... Time to write a song praising the police, military, fire department, etc.

GIVE IT EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT! Make it a regular earworm. Make it so good it will be irresistable....then make a video.

Post the video here and deplorables can repost it everywhere ...and hopefully, THEY will get hooked on your tune....imagine it working it's way into the subconscious.

Anyone here with a flair for graphic novels? A pro law enforcement/military story would be very useful.

There is nothing that stops the talented "unknowns" from using their gifts to sway public opinion... Hollyweird isn't the only one who can use media to influence!

18

Will Durham arrive before the election? I feel like I'm in a Western movie and awaiting the calvary...

18

In the months ahead, I'm wondering how this George Floyd case will play out. I truly don't see how the four cops will be able to find an untainted jury anywhere. Even a change of venue wouldn't help as this case has been publicized all over the United States.

Consider also that there are two conflicting autopsy reports -- one by the 'state, another by a private concern chosen by Floyd's family. The media immediately jumped to the conclusion that the correct report is the one commissioned by Floyd's family. This will be the narrative pushed.

It seems that whatever evidence exists, the case is already decided. The rioting public will not accept anything other than four convictions.

If they get acquitted, there will most likely be more rioting and looting. I am wondering if any attempt will be made to give these men a fair trial or if they will just be thrown to the rabid beasts.

11

Seriously speaking, when these riots "end", they will never actually be over because the thoughts which gave birth to them will still be floating in the minds of all who participated.

How do you convince generations of people who have been manipulated their entire educational careers into believing that "all white people are privileged" and that "all white owe apologies and reparations" to change their attitudes?

It's actually easier than you think.

Advertising strategies.

We need a catchy campaign to drive certain points home that will trend. And it must not be offensive; but still be the truth.

Sounds like a impossible order, doesn't it? But the answer for this dilemma is found in history.

We must emphasize which "wave" our ancestors rode. Most white Americans have ancestors who did not arrive in the United States until after the Civil war. They arrived during the "3rd wave" of immigration 1880 -1914 or the much later 4th wave.

Most of the college age kids marching around like fools have absolutely no idea that their ancestors bear no responsibility for slavery because they weren't even in the United States.

Nor do they bear responsibility for the "Jim Crow" laws because they themselves (their ancestors) were subject to discrimination during their assimilation.

It is this historical ignorance which allows the communists to guilt trip the white youth into thinking "they" should bear the weight of ancestral sins.

With this thought in mind, I suggest a "They rode the wave" campaign. A logo of a group of immigrants atop a wave of water (representational) with the dates 1880-1914 3rd wave and another with the corresponding dates for the 4th wave needs to start circulating.

They rode the wave 1880-1914 needs to trend Twitter. Also, the dates for the 4th wave.

And we need a website where we can post our ancestors stories of their "privilege" upon arriving in America. My Grandmother had the privilege of scrubbing floors on her hands and knees in downtown offices for pennies. She was no different than the majority of immigrants who arrived with nothing and worked hard to make a better life for her children.

We need to hammer home that "They rode the waves" until the kids realize their history was never one of "privilege"

Heavenly Father ,

Please protect Our President, his allies in Congress, the Secret Service, the Police, the National Guard, Our Military, Firemen, and Medical First Responders who are engaged in defending our country from those who are attempting to tear it down with civil unrest.

Protect also all innocent citizens who are targeted by these enemy combatants.

God Bless America.

Amen.
