I know a couple dozen young teachers in my town and they are all libs and they ALL are pissed about remote learning and want to go back to work. They haven't been on a vacation, they've been doing more work trying to struggle through remote learning than they ever did in the classroom. The district announced full remote learning for the fall on Monday, two of them have already quit. They sent out a survey to all of the parents and 75% wanted in person school at least part time, yet we went 100% remote. 15% of students in the district had withdrawn for the coming school year prior to the final decision to go remote. The whole thing is a mess.
