My fiance and my mother are teachers. They do fuck all over the summer, don't believe their lies. My fiance doesn't do shit out of principle over the summer (it's in her contract that she isn't required to work then) and my mom would come in a week before for like 4 hours a day to restock supplies and decorate her room.
It depends on the specifics of the lawsuit. Judges don't just get to wave a magic wand and make something like that happen. Someone has to bring the case for them to make a ruling on it.
How did she answer that last question? The answer should be "no" for a SCOTUS judge, as their job is only to strike down laws that contradict the constitution, not to make decisions based on what they want to happen in the world.

That made me see that TDS was real and I probably wasn't getting the full story, started following more neutral news outlets (honestly, still left wing ones, just not rabidly so). Followed Russiagate all along, read/skimmed the Mueller report, was shocked at how little wrong doing was actually done (basically amounts to Trump admin getting a little annoyed with the insurrection). Started following more right wing media and forums, realized people weren't all racists that want to send kids to religious indoctrination camps.
I doubt he even did that. Seems like a complete fabrication to sway public discourse. Trump says some shit sometimes but it doesn't even sound like something he'd say.
Yeah, I'm not an anti vaxxer under normal circumstances. I'm a little skeptical of covid vaccines due to the rush, though. Challenger happened because of govt rushing things due to public pressure.
