Doesn't that make the politicians and anyone else that kneeled complicit in incitement of violence , death and destruction.

Should they not be held accountable and removed/impeached from office and brought up with charges for these crimes?

As a way of saying it is ok for you to do it , we are kneeling to show our solidarity.
