They argue they aren't. I think it's clear they are because they only "fact check" any narrative that doesnt support liberal legacy media's current spin.
If it supports conservatism in any way it is discriminated against and now they are outright censoring those views. That makes them a publisher because the dont allow for any dissenting opion.
