Yep you can get vaxxed and a month later take a PCR "TEST". If they don't know you have already been vaxxed, nothing stops the lab from business as usual and running the PCR for 35-40 cycles. Lots of people will show positive. There should be a double blind study of vaxxed people getting a "test" a month or two after.
