The perfectly fine 3 year old brother who was sleeping right next to him means something other than hypothermia was going on with the 11 year old. I have trouble believing that a confirmed primary cause of death has been established this fast. If something else went wrong (seizure, asthma attack, etc) the hypothermia may have been the result of losing consciousness, not the cause.
We have no idea why he chose to decline. Quite possibly it was to avoid sparking a lot of divisive booing and chanting, which would detract from the Trump rally atmosphere, and which would be exploited by the MSM to make Trump and the MAGA movement look politically weak. There was a lot going on, both on January 6 and afterwards, that we don't know about, and Trump and Pence also didn't have clear views of what the other did and didn't know as events were unfolding on January 6. Trump made a point of thanking Pence in his "farewell" speech, and as far as I'm concerned, that's the last word on the matter until Trump discusses Pence further.
It wasn't even calling her face ape-like. It was a specific reference to the Planet of the Apes movies (and to the Muslim Brotherhood -- what Roaseanne said was that Jarrett looked like "the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a baby").
He may be a low IQ resident of some far-north state who can't even fathom how different it is to try to get through something like this in a location where there's no cold weather infrastructure, because it's normally not needed.
I think people should avoid jumping to conclusions about stores that unstock MyPillow. If they make an accompanying public statement disparaging Lindell, then boycott the hell out of them, but I think some stores are just quietly removing the products from the shelves because they reasonably expect that a lot more would be vandalized than sold. Those stores will quietly bring them back later on.
you’ll also realize teachers do the shit way better than you can
Yes, they certainly do. And keeping children away from "the shit" is why it's so important to educate them either at home or in very small, parent-controlled private schools (which can easily be operated in a family home).
GOA is definitely a lot smaller than the NRA, but they produce a really informative newsletter and regularly send out letters about specific legislation accompanied by re-addressed postcards to send to the applicable legislators (and sometimes with spares to give to a friend). Absolutely none of the full-color glossy junk mail that NRA puts out touting the joys of duck-hunting and asking for more money so they can protect your right to duck-hunt. Just scroll down the links on their home page. No ducks, no deer, no "sports".
The affiliated Gun Owners Foundation https://www.gunowners.com/ is a 501c3 (so not a lobbying organization, as GOA is, and donations are tax deductible). It produces some educational materials and also provides legal/financial assistance in some important individual court cases (examples listed here: https://www.gunowners.com/about though that page hasn't been updated in a long time).
