“Not a perfect man.” To what are you referring? Why make the point? Who prefaces all their statements about anyone else this way?

“But I will fight to the last.”

One the thing I never understood - I couldn’t believe the videos at face value - were videos of people in WW2 Europe simply allowing themselves to be casually lined up and shot on the side of the road, even after witnessing it happen to people just ahead of them. No will to fight. Were they in shock? Or was it fake news?

I agree but an h1b is a non-immigrant visa which is legally used as stepping stone to a green card, which is part of its appeal to applicants. It’s like legalized illegal immigration, since if you applied for a green card after arriving here on any other non-immigrant visa, you’d be treated as a fraud. Student visa recipients, visitor visa recipients, etc cannot apply for a green card, but h1bs can through their employer.

Hi, please BE VERY CAREFUL reading the label.
It takes 350mg of zinc gluconate to yield 50mg of zinc. But again BE VERY CAREFUL reading the label, the bottle might list the amount of elemental zinc per dose, not the amount of zinc gluconate. Don’t accidentally take 350mg of elemental zinc in one day!

For example, “Zinc Maxx” is a brand which uses zinc gluconate and lists the dose as 50mg, but it’s referring to 50mg elemental zinc! So it’s actually 350mg zinc gluconate per dose.

“And 200mg zinc.” 220mg zinc sulfate USP, which contains 50mg of zinc.
An alternative would be to take 300mg of zinc orotate, assuming the sulfate ion isn’t also a necessary part of the treatment. The sulfate may help too, as the body can use that to make glutathione. An alternative source of sulfur is NAC (N acetyl cysteine).

Zinc orotate is the most bio available form of zinc supplement, typically sold in doses of 60mg each which have 9.5mg zinc each, for about 5 cents per pill. [ I usually buy the Advanced Research brand from Amazon but they seem to be out of stock; I found some at Swanson Vitamins website. ]
