Andrew McCarthy (a wise sober good guy) is arguing that this is an example of President Trump making both a legal and a political mistake. Legal mistake? Maybe. But a political mistake? I agree. It will allow the Slimes to demand discovery and turn the tables to create another round of fake news to attack the President. Sad but obvious.
