I'm from the People's Republik or Madison and this doesn't surprise me one bit. And of course I love how she gets all huffy and sanctimonious when confronted with the fraud. And nice Freudian slip in there as well. The rabble can't be trusted to govern themselves, it's up to us to be their socialist overlords!

I really wish we had a PA sub on here. I don't go out much to eat but would gladly start going places to help local businesses in need. I would also like to know about protests, who to call, etc.

Nothing says "woke capitalism" like having your products made by slave labor in a communist country and marketing them to affluent white people who claim to hate capitalism.

Yeah, no shit. I live in PA and Tommy the Commie and Unkel Rachel just instituted another damn lockdown. This is getting really, really damn old.

Emotions aside...I can actually see the "lack of standing" argument in this case. Texas being "injured" by PA election fuckery is where I think the case gets a little bit of a stretch. I was also skeptical that this case would be the solution to our problems. We could have won this battle only to see PA, WI, etc appoint their own electors for Biden. I think not having either candidate hit 270 and go to congress would be the best bet.

I was let down too, but I wasn't really convinced that case was the ultimate solution to our problems either. The same states involved in malfeasance could have just as easily appointed their own electors for Biden.

Of course I am mad as hell this case got tossed...but I am not sure this case was the solution to our problems either. All it would have done is kicked it back to the states accused of malfeasance in the first place to appoint electors. The state legislatures could have just as easily cucked out, or at least a few RINO's that want to keep their jobs and have future political aspirations.

Gov Tommy the Commie could threaten any recalcitrant state senator with being voted out next cycle with ballot stuffing, having armed Antifa goon squads show up at his house, doxxing, harassment, threats, etc...or even thirty pieces of silver to get with the program and throw voters under the bus. Mastriano would tell him to get fucked, but many other weak RINO's here would bend the knee.

I was happy about the case but I wasn't convinced it would solve all our problems either...state legislatures could just have easily cucked out and voted for Biden.

Of course I was upset about the SCOTUS ruling...but I had some doubts about that case too. Had we won, it would have just meant states choose their own electors. States just as easily could have chosen Biden. What I think we really need is a court to rule that certain shit ballots are not legit and should get tossed out, flipping the results back to Trump.

Just watch. If God forbid Dementia Joe gets sworn in you will see two things almost immediately. Gun control and the dems cementing their fraud apparatus. If we don't win this election you can damn well bet we will never win an election again.

We won't have Republicans or Democrats. We will have a ruling class. Then, I fear, it's box number 4.

Of course I was overjoyed by the idea of SCOTUS hearing the case. It's about damn time some actual evidence was presented in an actual court. It was long overdue for SCOTUS to get involved in this abortion of an election. So of course I was mad as hell to see Texas not get cert....

However I wasn't convinced it was the solution we were looking for either. Even if we won the case it would have gone back to states to appoint their own electors. States could just as easily chosen to "uphold the will of the people" (coughBULLSHITcough) and picked Biden anyway. You can bet state reps and senators would have the screws put to them, hard, to choose Biden.

I don't know what the solution actually is, but the Texas case didn't seem to be it. I guess I would like to see wide swaths of bullshit votes get tossed out so there could be no mistake a state went for Trump.

Deplorable_in_PA 7 points ago +7 / -0

that was my concern as well. I was glad at the idea of finally getting to present evidence in court but I had reservations about the cuck legislators just deciding to vote for Biden under immense pressure and/or massive bribes.

Deplorable_in_PA 1 point ago +1 / -0

So let's say we win the Texas case...then what? It goes back to the legislatures. They can still "honor the voters" of their state and pick Dementia Joe, correct? I mean the pressure on them will be immense. The media will go into narrative overdrive and claim state legislatures who pick Trump are "trashing democracy", blah blah. Threats, doxxing, bribes, etc. Any ideas of how Team Trump plans to address these issues? It's going to get ugly as hell.

I genuinely like Kim and I respected the hell out of her for taking up for Alice Johnson and calling Trump herself to pitch for prison reform. But what is it with rich people taking up for assholes on death row who clearly deserve to be put down? Even other celebs who were supporting this shitbag walked it back after they learned the facts of the case. There are plenty of people who got railroaded by the justice system. Why take up for this shitbag? It actually hurts the case for prison and sentencing reform.

This is total garbage. And yeah it does sound like it was written by a histrionic middle school girl involved in a catfight over some boy. The entire crux of the case is each state arbitrarily changing their election laws without legislative process. They devote like 1 paragraph to it. The rest is them arguing TX has no standing to sue, didn't suffer any "injury" over it, etc. Also a very healthy dose of Debooooonk!!! Deeeeeeboooooonk!!!

Problem is SCOUTS certainly thought they had standing to sue or else they would have tossed it already. Multiple states and even PA senate are plaintiffs as well so I don't see the no standing argument holding up. Secondly TX isn't arguing fraud ever took place and doesn't have to prove a single vote was made fraudulently. So it's pointless to argue "Deebooonk!"

I think it's discriminatory that AOC's only offers her merch in mens or women's sizes! What about the genderqueer nonbinary unicorns?

2
Deplorable_in_PA 2 points ago +2 / -0

So the screeching idiots on the left are threatening civil war if SCOTUS overturns their election fraud? Yeah, good luck with that. They know they are screwed if Texas gets cert, and it looks like they will.

2
Deplorable_in_PA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wait, Wut? This is NOT a shitpost? Someone is seriously that stupid to have written something like this? And like I am supposed to give two shits if someone breaks into my house and gets hurt in the process? Let alone actually flee my own home when someone breaks in? Dafuq? Of course she deleted it. The ratio must have been glorious.

Great News! Lion Ted is a Rhodes scholar and clerked under SCOTUS. He is a great debater and will do an awesome job representing his state of Texas! Oh, and nice bias from the source, The Shill! I love how "legal experts" (unnamed except for one cuck professor) have determined these cases to have "no validity", blah blah.

The punchline in this case is Lion Ted doesn't have to prove one single vote for fraudulent, only that states violated their own election laws. It's an entirely legal and constitutional argument with no facts in dispute. Will be fun watching PA's scummy lawyers try and spin this one.

I honestly don't think this will end well for Gulag and PooTube. First off when Trump gets reelected....there goes section 230. By being arbiters of "truthful information" they just decided to act as a publisher. Many more people will be leaving PooTube. RSBN was probably the only thing keeping me there and they are hitting huge numbers on their broadcasts. That's especially egregious since so much of the media is just ridiculously one-sided these days.

The screeching left totally hates "those" states for being "less enlightened" than shitholes like Portland, Seattle, etc

1
Deplorable_in_PA 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is just too good. I would laugh my ass off if this case was the one that decided the election and the left had shitfit meltdowns over "those" states being responsible for Trump getting reeeelected. You think they hate Texas and Alabama now...

2
Deplorable_in_PA 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think it's a great case and and am optimistic. Texas doesn't have to prove one ballot is fraudulent, on that states broke their own election laws. It's an entirely legal and constitutional case. And the only defense PA, WI, etc can put up is "BuT MUh CoVId!"

2
Deplorable_in_PA 2 points ago +2 / -0

One of the shill trolls over at BB after repeating "No EViduNce!" finally admitted when cornered PA broke it's own election laws, but so what. We won, you lost. Guess he won't be so smug in a few weeks from now.
