I am now Winning in my life everyday, got strong family, powerful work ethic doing a job I never thought I have, and that I love so much, and I am getting fitter than ever before. To be honest after being in the situation where all you have is the risk of close quarters combat with multiply assailant to defend yourself it is very scary and I can see outcome going in a very poor way a lot of the time. Social media Dopamine addiction. We had to cancel Netflix after seeing addiction symptoms in our little boy after watching the kids shows. The colors, fast action, and no moral messages. All designed just to dump dopamine over his brain making him need to watch more. After getting rid of Tv his behavior has changed so much for the better.
