White savior complex. Racism through low expectations. There’s a video of a dude asking affluent white college liberals why voter ID is racist. They say because minorities are basically not smart enough to get IDs. He then goes to Harlem in NY and asks minorities if they have IDs. They all do.
White democrats have convinced blacks people that they might as well give up because the evil racist boogie man will never let me succeed... and so a cycle of poverty is prolonged.
