We left shithole Illinois last year and came to Wisconsin just before the Coronavirus scam hit. After the China virus started spreading and stuff started locking down, obviously people wanted out of the cities right? So as the Wuhan flu started gaining steam, home prices started climbing in Wisconsin. Now that Democrats have gone all in on Kung Flu, rich city dwellers are leaving for the suburbs, and paying 50 to 100k ABOVE list prices in cash. This isn't a 1 or 2 off thing. The agents in her office are complaining that every time a Southern Wisconsin property gets listed and receives an offer (usually within hours of listing), someone will come in with a cash offer and scoop it up. Someone in my neighborhood just sold their house (comparable to mine) for $90,000 more than we bought our house for 6 months ago. The exodus is real, and the cities are doomed. You heard it here folks! Anyone else seeing similar things going on in their suburbs?
