There wasn't a sudden blast of chaotic action on screen that would account for a glitch. And the overall quality of the video didn't degrade- only one small segment in the frame was affected. And it was affected in a very specific way- the exact way you'd expect if an element had been added.

Okay. When this was originally posted, my first thought was, "are we seriously going to be jumping on every conspiracy now?". Upon closer examination, the fuckery is obvious.
Still, I went to YouTube, found the video, and played it on 1/4 speed. I don't know if the entire thing is bogus, or if there were elements added after... but clearly, something very shady is going on. No one can dismiss this as a simple compression glitch.

Business owner or employee: Generally, I don't engage. I just turn my back on them as they're mid sentence and walk out. Although sometimes it's worth pointing out that they're wearing theirs under their nose, or other employees aren't wearing one... then it might be appropriate to ask if they're retarded. It's never worth arguing, explaining, or making a scene.
It’s entirely possible that cop shot because he was jumpy, and it just so happens the kid actually was armed. It’s entirety possible the cop perceived what was happening, processed it, and fired instantly.
