Section 3 of the 14th Amendment clearly states:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Antifa is inarguably attempting to cause civil unrest to usher in communism in this country. They are attacking municipal, state, and federal buildings and agents. That’s the definition of insurrection or rebellion. By allowing these people to continue to do so, by ordering police and the National Guard to stand down, and now threatening the Feds with force if they enter the state and detain these people or attempt to protect their own property and enforce the law, are objectively providing aid and comfort to declared domestic terrorists and are in clear violation of said amendment. Why are these people not being forcibly removed from office on these grounds? Not only does it seem to be pretty cut and dry, but it would show clear bias and would smoke out judges who are unfit to do their duties as well, as any judge that would rule in their favor would clearly be a partial, biased hack and party stumper
