Take a shot at 75ft from target. Use large white cardboard. Now calculate MOA. 1 inch = 4 MOA. Your scopes windage and elevation should be marked. Likely each click = 1/2 MOA. So if youre say 3 inches left you will turn your windage 24 clicks counterclockwise. 3" x 4 moa / .5 moa click = 24. Three total shots should get it done.

Basic baofengs can dual channel. Monitor on one channel, transmit on another through a base repeater. For example 141.410 to repeater, re-broadcast through UHF 454.520. Narrow band transmit. To scan that at .010 step is very hard. Then we can completely switch channels periodically. We can use codes. We can also base broadcast pre recorded false transmissions for them to scan and pickup on basic FRS frequencies. Our box trucks can operate an intranet. As well as use $400 2.4/5ghz jammers to block cell phones. Militia training...2x a month. Go through comms opsec.
