Charity doesn't mean the same thing to Muslims as it does to us. For us, charity means giving to those in need. For Muslims, charity is giving from and to fellow Muslims. Nowhere in the Koran or ahadith does money ever flow from Muslims to non-Muslims. In fact, it's an insult to Allah for a Muslim to give to non-believers what Allah gave to him (Koran 16:71).

Muslims are told that we non-believers are sub-human and they're to be ruthless towards us (Koran 8:55, 98:6, 28:86, 48:29). Sharia (Islamic law) states that giving zakat, or alms, to a non-believer is not allowed (Umdat as-Salik wa 'Uddat an-Nasik, h8.24). To give charity to disbelievers is considered a waste since we're are going to Muslim hell anyway (Koran 66:9, 9:73, 56:92-94, 4:56, 40:71-72, 22:19-22).

I couldn't agree with this more. The greatest threat to Islam is an informed population, because only an informed population can undermine the ideology that gives rise to Islam. Read the Koran (the words of Allah) and the sunnah (records of what Mohammed said and did) for yourself. You must learn what Muslims know - not what they tell you. Knowledge is power.

Start with this recommended reading list:

• Read the entire Koran in chronological order. Contrary to what Muslims will tell you, it's neither long nor difficult to understand. Mohammed's Koran: Why Muslims Kill For Islam, by Robinson and McLoughlin, includes the complete Pickthall (English) translation in chronological order. The Pickthall translation from 1930 is authorized by Al-Azhar University, Egypt's oldest degree-granting university and one of the most prestigious Islamic universities.

• Understand the concept of naskh or abrogation in the Koran. Naskh means that when two verses in the Koran contradict each other, the later verse is the correct one and cancels out the earlier one. This is stated in the Koran itself( 2:106 and 16:101). Few non-Muslims know about naskh, and Muslims exploit this ignorance to trick outsiders about what the Koran says. It is also why reading the Koran in chronological order is essential.

• Learn about the 1400 years of Muslim deception in the forms of taquiyya, kitman, tawriya, and muruna.

• Understand what dawah is and how it works. Dawah is an Islamic tool to promote Muslim supremacy and hatred against non-Muslims. It's used to destroy political institutions in Western countries and replace them with Sharia. An ex-Muslim who was also a dawah agent explains more about it here.

• There is no concept of the Golden Rule or a universal brotherhood in Islam.

• There are more than 500 verses that speak of our place in Muslim hell. Koran 40:71-72, 22:19-21, and many more
