We have received several calls and emails about this lawsuit, and we have shared them with Attorney General Miller and others in our office.
Our office does not plan to join the Texas lawsuit because the elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. Attorney General Miller continues to have faith in the integrity of the U.S. election.

Only Pennsylvania has filed a response so far 14:45 the filing does not appear to cover all 4 defendant states

It's almost sad how many Officials need to go on record to support Texas because their own state is the defendant or supporting the defendants. But also nice to see there are a handful of politicians with enough honor to do what is right
