You ever broken down the properties of an exported or "saved as" PDF - in Acrobat? ... I have ... there's often a LOT of data in there you do NOT want to share. The file that was printed and submitted won't have spelling mistakes.

OCR document scanning software did that, note the "break" in that word when you highlight it ... software error in reading a document.
And THAT'S how you get my wife to start listening ... got fight for an awesome woman like that one in Baltimore!!

Open Document, hit Control-A ... notice that highlight break on the 2nd line between "DISTRCO" and "ICT" to say "DISTRCO ICT"?
That says the OCR software had a "mental dominion" and read from another line and didn't catch itself!
You (likely) should find it on all other spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.

SO what happens if "somebody" were to "accidentally" misfire some Fireworks and they went over the fence?

To follow it ... So, I see like 7-8 porta-potties ... that's worth following up, as they'd have to be replaced twice a week based off the numbers, and it would likely you could find out something about who is footing that bill - of probably $1-2k/week.
