Winning this busted-ass election is good, but it will be tinged with unreliability and false claims.

What we really need is a second election, with actual security, results reported by 10pm, IRL, voter ID, observers not barred from the count rooms, etc. That way we get a nice clean landslide AND we prove how fucked our system is, and how much it needs to be overhauled (and we have a nice precedent to work from).

They used to have (almost) balanced coverage. Reported on the riots when other papers minimized, called out Rittenhouse as self defense, just generally not horrid levels of coverage.

Today the top 4 headlines are all smears from cohen's book broken into individual stories and leading with the lies. All the riots last night are lumped into one "protest" story, they won't show footage of the Rochester terrorism where they destroyed a restaurant around diners, etc etc.

Right about the same time facebook cracks down on Rittenhouse stories, banned more conservative journalists, and announced they'd ban "fake claims of electoral victory" - which means they're going to stop anyone from saying "Trump Won" before all the absentee / manufactured ballots are counted.

Did a memo go out? Is it just "TWO MONTHS LEFT, STOP DRUMPF!"?
